Notice to Patients – Delays in Processing Requests

We would like to inform our patients that there is currently a delay in processing non-urgent administrative requests, including forms and letters.

This is due to the temporary absence of some clinical staff, during which time we have prioritised direct patient care. We are working to restore normal service as soon as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
